What is meant by a "full-service" company? Should my retailer install my cabinets and countertops?
A "full-service" company offers the customer a complete package. This package includes many aspects of the process, from design/product consultation and field verification to final installation inspections. MarKraft is a "full-service" company. It is our installation program that puts MarKraft into the forefront. We believe that in order to make your dream a reality, you should use our sub-contracted, trained craftsmen to install your project. "The product is only as good as the installer."
When do I need to order my cabinets?
Generally, you should allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of your product. The size of your project will determine the installation timetable.
Must I make all my selections when I order my cabinets?
Yes—our vendors will not accept orders with missing information. Any changes made after the process begins may result in delays and costly change order costs.
What kind of payment terms does MarKraft offer?
We have several options, including pre-approved credit terms, cash, and Visa/MasterCard.
