Our Team: Installation

Our installation staff is second to none. They are craftsmen trained at the highest level the industry has to offer, and they work hand-in-hand with our sales staff to ensure quality performance and customer satisfaction.

For the business models that offer installation, this service is the key to our success and is the very core of the MarKraft experience. The installation phase controls the quality of our performance and is the signature of MarKraft Cabinets.

MarKraft has qualified Installers available depending on current needs.

  • Sub-contractors are required to have current General Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance.
  • All installers are recruited, screened and trained on MarKraft's standards and guidelines prior to starting any job.
  • All new installers are evaluated on their initial installations to assure the quality and expectations are met within the Company's guidelines and customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluations are ongoing to ensure quality and standards are maintained.
  • All installers are counseled on any quality of workmanship issues or any occurrences not complying to MarKraft's standards or Core Values.
  • Training is conducted on a regular basis to update all on safety and quality issues.
  • MarKraft also conducts an Installer Training Program that instructs individuals with carpentry skills of cabinet and laminate countertop installation.
  • Upon completion of the installation, a job completion inspection is conducted by a MarKraft Account Representative in conjunction with the customer Project Foreman/Superintendent. A Project Completion Acknowledgement (PCA) form is used in this process.
