Our Team: Scheduling

Our schedulers are responsible for:

  • Scheduling delivery and installation of new jobs based on information provided by the Sales/Account Reps. and/or the Project Coordinators
  • Assigning installers to scheduled jobs, providing an "Installation Packet" with all documents needed to perform proper installation
  • Coordinating outside vendor work, such as countertop templating and installation
  • Communicating with installers on job progress and initiation of parts requests
  • Scheduling of all follow-up work needed for job completion
