Our Team: Scheduling

Our schedulers are responsible for:

Scheduling delivery and installation of new jobs based on information provided by the Sales/Account Reps. and/or the Project Coordinators
Assigning installers to scheduled jobs, providing an "Installation Packet" with all documents needed to perform proper installation
Coordinating outside vendor work, such as countertop templating and installation
Communicating with installers on job progress and initiation of parts requests
Scheduling of all follow-up work needed for job completion
