Comprehensive turnkey design and install services – including project planning, scheduling, on-site delivery, handling, site coordination, installation, and finishing touches. Our Project Managers are professionally trained, qualified designers and estimators who, with support from other team members, seamlessly guide your project to the finish line.


  • Planning – All projects begin with a discussion about your project goals and expectations, the scope of work, and lead times, followed by a detailed review of the plan specifications and blueprints or layouts.
  • 2020 CAD Designs – The design is absolutely critical to producing the highest value results. We’ll draft and present initial floor plans/layouts, including detailed cad drawings and elevations that focus on the technical and functional aspects of the project.
  • Product Selection – We select the right product for the best results because we understand the importance of value engineering.
  • Proposal – We’ll present a proposal with detailed cost information, project specifications, and a summarization of project parameters.
  • Revisions – Plan/Design adjustments can be made at this stage. Applicable changes are then adjusted in the plans and costs.
  • Project Engagement – Upon a signed contract and once payment terms have been established the project moves forward.
  • Site Review – Job site inspections with field measurements are conducted throughout the duration of the project. Markraft does not order materials until an onsite measure has been completed. Pricing is subject to change in either direction once final measurements are taken. This time also allows us to address any unforeseen construction challenges.
  • Ongoing Support – Support is provided to keep builder showrooms, sample rooms, and model homes current as needed.
  • Scheduling – Once the product is received by Markraft Cabinets Distribution Center, scheduling begins. We always refer to the information provided by the Job Superintendent or Homeowner and the Designer and Project Manager to schedule delivery and installation of new jobs.
  • Professionalism – Our installers are precision craftsmen trained at the highest level the industry has to offer, and they work hand-in-hand with our sales staff to ensure quality performance and customer satisfaction. All installers are recruited, screened, and trained on Markraft’s standards and guidelines prior to starting their first job. Sub-contractors are required to have current General Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance.
  • Installation – Installers are assigned to scheduled jobs and provided with an “Installation Packet” with all plans and documents needed to perform a proper and complete installation. Installers regularly communicate job progress to our scheduling team and initiate the ordering of any additional parts required.
  • Quality Control – Upon completion of the installation, a job completion inspection is conducted by a Markraft Project Manager in conjunction with the customer Project Foreman/Superintendent. A Project Completion Acknowledgement (PCA) form is completed in this process.
  • Customer Service – All post-job service is handled and tracked by our service & warranty department. Our team responds quickly and effectively to resolve all service & warranty questions or needs that may arise related to the products that Markraft installs.
  • Warranty – All products sold by Markraft Cabinets are backed by the manufacturers’ warranties, as well as Markraft’s Full 1-year Installation Warranty.

We work with Dealers, Contractors, Remodelers, and Multi-family Builders and Developers who are looking to purchase top-quality cabinets, countertops, and hardware products but do not require additional services. Markraft Cabinets is happy to act as the manufacturer representative to provide the specific product you need directly through the “C4C” system – avoiding unnecessary freight costs, handling costs, and markups.
